In the previous works, focused on the domino effect of emotional transmission as an interpretation for landscaping images is the most important standpoint to responding reality. Standing this stage, positioning the relationship between two persons and describing the “the rift” is the current project theme.
“Rift” equals the problem which exists in relational behaviours that showing the gap belong to people who cannot work on the common way. And the background involves people’s independent “natural property” – selfish and escape, comes from problems happening. Therefore, this “Rift” records the final moments between two people at the end of their relationship. The couple attempted various negotiations to repair the relationship but ultimately chose to end. And this project is exploring how the individual responses to the ending. As a result, nurtural taught of matter world always play an important role rather than natures.
During these serious of background, I settled my framework up to how to present the conflict and two words hit in mind that involve around literature and cinematography. The film birth represents the unfolding between reality and where it sublimes to the drama which achieves multiple interpretations for one single proposition. In somehow, cinematography based on literature but not limited on it that becomes a part of reasons for choosing dramatic or documenting films to express the meaning. At the meanwhile, portraits shooting is another big support point for me to do the artists research stand in this stage. They always bring specific stories under specific faces but people always brings different interpretation during their background. And this will be the purpose of the image being.
